How can I order mining machines from PL Miners?

How do I confrm my order details?
You will receive an order confrmation email at your registered email address (applicable to registered users) and an instant confrmation message on the website. On the contrary, if you are a guest user, you can only see the message on the website after the order is confrmed. If you haven’t received the confrmation email, you can contact our team to check the order status.
How do I track my package?
Once your order is confrmed, after we ship the package, you will receive an email containing the tracking number. In addition, our sales representative will contact you via Telegram or WhatsApp to confrm your delivery information.
How can I get your price list?
Please leave us your contact information (such as email/Whats – app/Skype/Trademanager). We will contact you as soon as possible and send you our quotation.
Is there a quantity limit for a single order? Are there discounts for bulk orders?
No, there is no maximum quantity limit for a single order. However, if you want to place a bulk order, please contact us to get special prices and discounts.
Can we modify the shipping information after the order is confrmed?

No, there are no hidden fees. We believe in transparent pricing, and the listed prices have no additional fees or hidden charges.
Can I cancel the order after placing it?
No, we regret to inform you that we do not allow cancellation after the order is placed. Placing an order means that we will help you lock in the inventory.
Will used machines be tested before shipping?
Although there is no warranty or after – sales service for used machines, we will send you the test videos and photos of the inner packaging of the package to ensure that the machines have no problems before shipping.
What payment methods are acceptable?

Considering timeliness, we recommend the cryptocurrency USDT. If you have a preferred payment method other than the above two, please contact our team, and they will help you pay for the order.
Do I have to pay the full amount at once?
Yes, because the market changes rapidly. For machines in stock, you need to pay the full amount so that we can directly lock in the goods for you.
Can I pay in installments?
For machines in stock, you need to pay the full amount. For pre – orders and futures, we can frst accept a deposit of 50% – 80%, and the remaining balance needs to be paid within 3 days.
If I choose to pay with cryptocurrency, do I have to use the Coinbase platform for transfer?
You don’t have to. Wallets and transfers on all platforms are supported.
Where do you ship from?
Our mining machines are placed in our local warehouses in the United States and Hong Kong. We will decide which warehouse to ship from according to your machine model.
What is your shipping method?
If you have a logistics agent who can directly pick up the goods from our warehouse, if not, we will use DHL/UPS/FEDEX to ship the mining machines. If DHL/UPS/FEDEX cannot reach the address, we will change the shipping method. Please understand.
When will the goods be shipped?
Generally speaking, for in – stock orders, we will ship within 1 – 3 days after receiving the full payment. For pre – orders, the fnal shipping schedule will depend on the factory. We will arrange shipping within 1 – 2 days after the manufacturer releases the goods. For used machines, we will ship after 100% testing and ensure there are no quality problems.
Do I need to pay customs duties for my order?
Yes, you need to go through customs clearance and pay customs duties (DAP) to the customs of your country. With an understanding of the risks and agreements, we can help you fnd a door – to – door shipping method (DDP). If necessary, we can provide a commercial invoice with the declared value you want.
Which countries can we ship to?
We can ship products all over the world. For countries with difcult customs clearance, such as Thailand and Russia, we provide double – clearance tax lines and door – to – door services
Is the warranty provided by the manufacturer or PL miners?
All warranty or repair services are provided by the manufacturer. If there is a problem with the machine, please contact us frst. Our sales representative will provide advice or seek technical support based on the condition of the following machines.
Does the mining machine come with a power cord?
Due to the diferent power voltage specifcations in each country, according to the manufacturer, the factory does not come with a power cord. If you need it, we provide a variety of power cords and accessory options.
Will the manufacturer provide a warranty for all machines? How long is the warranty period?
The manufacturer provides a 6 – 12 – month warranty for all new machines. The specifc warranty terms are determined according to each manufacturer’s policy. However, used or refurbished machines do not provide warranty or after – sales service. We will send you the test videos and photos of the inner packaging of the package to ensure that the machines have no problems before shipping.
What if my mining machine has problems during operation?
You can contact our customer service team by sending us a short video of the control panel and kernel logs. Our technicians have the skills to solve most problems caused by software. If ofcial repair is required, we can also provide process guidance.
